While returning or giving back the item purchased by the buyer to us through Chiptrades.in website, the following situations may arise:
- Item found to be defective.
- Item damaged during the shipment.
- Accessories or parts missing.

Points to be noted:
We encourage the Buyer to review the product listing before making the purchase decision. In case the buyer orders a wrong item, buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Buyer need to raise the refund request within 1 day from the date of delivery. Once buyer has raised a return request.
Buyer has to submit the CCTV footage / Video for Open the box.
In video, box label, all product should be seen clearly. Also items should be counted.
- Replace after shipment collection – Chiptrades team will wait for the product which is delivered to you.
- Refund after shipment collection – Chiptrades team will wait for the product which is delivered to you after check the product if its in the same condition then we will raise the refund according to same payment mode

How do I return an item purchased on Chiptrades?
Conveniently you have to return parcel by appropriate courier companies with proper packaging if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
